We will come to your facility and carry out the work onsite with minimum disruption. On service day we want our customers and their members to carry out their exercises and ensure minimum disruption.
On the day, our upholsterer will enter the gym with very little tools and place an out of service sign on the damaged piece of kit. The pads will be carefully removed from the machine and taken out to the service vehicle for repair. Once repaired they will be reattached to the machine safely, tested and the machine will be ready for members to use.
We can match any colourway or provide a choice of colours for you to choose from, please ask to see our recommended range. Whilst onsite we can re-foam any pads with damage to the inside and cut new boards for any pads which may have snapped whilst in action. No pad is too damaged for Upholstery 2 U to save.
To provide you with a quick easy quote, all we need is a photo showing the machine and pad needing repair. The reason we ask for a photo instead of a list or serial number is a photo can identify the colour, the pad, and the machine. Most importantly it can identify which pad the upholsterer needs to fix on the day, preventing the upholsterer having to interrupt the Gym Manager or Personal Trainer about which pads need to be worked on.
Upholstery 2 U also provides an inhouse service for customers who prefer to send their pads to us for a cheaper quote. The pads will be repaired and sent back on a next day courier service. We will aim to repair your pads on the same day we receive them to ensure as little downtime as possible.
To provide you with a quote for our inhouse service please send in photos of the pads needing repair along with the colour. Please also state you are happy to send the pads to us to return on the next day courier.
Upholstery Maintenance Contract
Upholstery 2 U understands the need for gyms to look their best but also having to work within budget. We provide an upholstery maintenance contract (rolling monthly contract) with no ties! We work with you to provide a service within a monthly budget you can afford. Once we understand a monthly figure, we will work out a plan of how we can attend your gym and carry out the necessary repairs throughout the year on several visits. This way gyms can spread the repair costs over the year and not have to pay out a lump sum for one off repairs.
Under the rolling contract we will attend your site(s) and carry out an assessment of the gym and repair any pads that are worn on the day. We will return on a set timetable which works for you and carry out the same service.
The upholstery maintenance contract helps gyms save money, time and the additional stress trying to find an urgent upholsterer when needed. A weight will be lifted knowing your upholstery is completely looked after and you can focus on the gym operations and member experience.
