The Range really struggled to find a supplier to repair their café seating furniture onsite so they didn’t have to close the café for a refurb. Most suppliers will carry out the work, however they will have to take the booths away to be repaired and bring them back days/weeks later to fit back in place. This was not a viable option for the Range as reduced seating capacity would have led to a loss in revenue.
We initially quoted for the work to be carried out at one site, however we were then asked if we could cover 14 sites located around the UK.
We carried out the work onsite, only repairing one booth at a time, which meant the café could stay open throughout. Our unique mobile workshops really make a difference when it comes to customers experience. All the work gets done outside the premises inside the back of our vehicles, making sure customers could have their lunch in peace.
We completed the full estate of The Range stores which were requested in just over a week. The managers onsite were extremely happy with our operation and quality of work.
